The name Waymaker reflects our commitment to guiding the next generation toward a better path—clearing the way for them to grow in wisdom, rise in leadership, and walk boldly in their Creator-given purpose.
Every participant begins by completing Thrive in Motion: A Teen’s Guide to Purpose, Passion & Potential. This online course provides lifetime access and introduces key concepts in: Value creation, Purpose, Entrepreneurial thinking, Character-based leadership.
Selected teens participate in biweekly coaching sessions focused on the five pillars of life. These sessions help shape essential virtues such as self-control, perseverance, gratitude, and purpose—qualities that fuel ethical leadership.
With guidance from experienced coaches and mentors, each teen launches a real business that: Reflects virtues and values, Serves their community, Provides early employment opportunities for peers.

KSA Waymaker Unlimited is a nonprofit organization equipping teens (ages 13 to 19) and their families to thrive in life and leadership through values-based education, entrepreneurial thinking, and intergenerational mentorship.
